These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the relationship between GET READY BEAUTY, a SASU company with a capital of five hundred euros (€500), registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 93761039200014, with its registered office located at 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France, and any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the GET READY BEAUTY website.

By placing an order, the Customer unreservedly accepts these GTCS.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these GTCS is to define the terms and conditions of sale between GET READY BEAUTY and the Customer, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties in the sale of the following products: fashion, accessories, jewelry, shoes, handbags, etc.

2. Products

The products available for sale on the Website are those displayed at the time of the order, subject to stock availability. GET READY BEAUTY reserves the right to modify the product assortment based on supplier constraints.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos of our products, but slight variations may occur due to display settings or collection updates.

3. Order

3.1 Order Process

The Customer selects the desired products and adds them to their shopping cart. Before finalizing the order, the Customer is invited to register or log into their customer account if they have one. They must then provide delivery and payment details.

Before confirming the order, we advise the Customer to carefully review the order summary. GET READY BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for input errors and any resulting issues.

3.2 Order Confirmation

The order is considered final once the Customer has validated payment and GET READY BEAUTY has confirmed receipt by email.

For credit card payments, the order is confirmed only after the bank has authorized the payment. If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be notified and may request a refund.

3.3 Order Refusal

GET READY BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse any order for legal or technical reasons, particularly in cases of payment disputes, insufficient stock, or product unavailability.

4. Prices

Product prices are displayed in euros (€) and may also be shown in US dollars ($) depending on the Customer’s location and preferences.

Prices include all applicable taxes (VAT where applicable).

Shipping costs are added at checkout and are specified before the order is finalized.

GET READY BEAUTY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

If the order is placed in a currency other than euros (€), the final amount charged may vary depending on exchange rates and bank fees applied by the Customer’s payment provider.

5. Payment

Payment for products is made online via the following methods:

• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• PayPal
• Other payment methods available on the Website

All payments are secured via STRIPE, and GET READY BEAUTY does not collect any sensitive banking data.

In case of payment refusal or an incident related to payment, GET READY BEAUTY reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Terms

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer at the time of the order.

Shipments are handled by the following carriers:

• La Poste
• Chronopost
• Colissimo
• Mondial Relay

GET READY BEAUTY commits to preparing and shipping orders as quickly as possible after order confirmation.

Delivery times and costs are determined by the carriers and vary depending on the shipping method chosen, destination, and logistical conditions. The estimated delivery times provided on the Website are for reference only, and GET READY BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by carriers.

6.2 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of the products, the destination, and the shipping method chosen. The total delivery cost is displayed before the order is confirmed.

6.3 Delivery Issues

The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt.

In the case of a damaged package, the Customer must immediately report the issue to the carrier, pick-up point, or delivery service on the day of receipt.

GET READY BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in cases of a defective or incorrect product.

Refunds for returned products will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the initial purchase.

For hygiene reasons and in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, hygienic products such as earrings cannot be returned after delivery. These items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Customers are encouraged to carefully check their selection before finalizing their purchase.

8. Warranty

Products sold on the Website are covered by:

• The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
• The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

In case of a conformity defect or hidden defect, the Customer may request a replacement or refund.

9. Liability

GET READY BEAUTY cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from:

• Improper use of products by the Customer.
• Input errors made by the Customer (e.g., incorrect delivery address).

The seller’s liability is limited to the provisions set by applicable laws.

10. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data collected during the order process is necessary for order management. 

This data is used in compliance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Website (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of GET READY BEAUTY.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use of Website content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.

12. Changes to the GTCS

GET READY BEAUTY reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. The updated version will be published on the Website and will take effect immediately.

Customers are advised to regularly check the GTCS.

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by French law.

In case of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the defendant’s place of residence or the place of contract execution, in accordance with territorial jurisdiction rules.

For consumers, in accordance with Article R. 631-3 of the French Consumer Code, the competent jurisdiction is the court of their place of residence.
