- Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Offer
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, selected shipping method, and destination. The exact amount is displayed before you confirm your order.
Free Shipping: When free shipping is available, you can benefit from it by selecting delivery to a pickup point within mainland France (excluding Corsica and French overseas territories), provided you meet the minimum purchase amount indicated on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.
5. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. GET READY BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
- Lost or Delayed Package: In the event of an unusual delay or non-receipt, GET READY BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us at contact@getreadybeauty.com, and we will assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.
- Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, you must report the incident immediately to the carrier, the pickup point, or directly to the carrier on the same day of receipt. GET READY BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for damages caused by carriers.
6. Absence at Delivery
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier may:
- Leave a delivery attempt notice for a second attempt.
- Drop off the package at a pickup point or local post office.
We recommend tracking your shipment to avoid any inconvenience.
7. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment (additional fees may apply).
