At GET READY BEAUTY, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, here are the conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Be in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Be returned with their original tags and packaging.
• Be shipped within 14 days after the return request.

Some items cannot be returned:

• Earrings and other hygienic products, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
• Gift cards and personalized products, which are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

 

3. Return Procedure

• Contact our customer service at contact@getreadybeauty.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will send you return instructions along with the return address.
• Ship your package following the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
• Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.

 

4. Refund

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

 

5. Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us upon receipt and provide photos of the concerned product. We will offer you an exchange or a refund.
